  • Efficient Ticket Handling for Customer Satisfaction: Manage tickets proficiently to ensure optimal customer satisfaction upon resolution.
  • Comprehensive Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues concerning Desktop/Laptop Hardware, Network, Operating Systems, and Software through systematic troubleshooting.
  • Server Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Windows Servers, AWS servers, and various software utilities for seamless operations.
  • Flexible Shift Work: Ability to work in 24×7 rotating shifts, ensuring continuous support and system availability.
  • Network Infrastructure Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Firewall, Network Switches, and Cisco switches configurations for smooth network operations.
  • VPN and VLAN Management: Maintain and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, and other network configurations for secure and efficient communication.
  • Server Backup and Maintenance: Manage Server Backups, Patches, routine tasks, and data restoration to safeguard against data loss and system downtime.
  • Emergency Support: Provide remote and in-office emergency support during non-office hours to address critical issues promptly.
  • Telephony Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot IP Phones and VOIP systems for seamless communication.
  • Active Directory Management: Manage Domain Controller, Active Directory, DHCP Server, DNS Server, Group Policy, and User rights assignments for efficient user management.
