Job Description


  • Efficiently handle tickets ensuring utmost customer satisfaction upon ticket resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Desktop/Laptop Hardware, Network, OS, and Software.
  • Configuration and maintenance of Windows Servers, AWS servers, and various software utilities.
  • Ability to work in 24×7 rotating shifts.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Firewall, Network Switches, and Cisco switches configurations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, and other network configurations.
  • Manage Server Backups, Patches, routine tasks, and data restoration when necessary.
  • Provide remote and in-office emergency support during non-office hours.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of IP Phones and VOIP.
  • Management of Domain Controller, Active Directory, DHCP Server, DNS Server, Group Policy, and User rights assignments.
  • Configuration and migration of users and mailboxes in Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Configuration and Management of IIS and SQL Servers.
  • Administration and Management of Virtual Machines through Hyper-V and other virtualization platforms.
  • Effective communication with local and overseas users while providing remote support.
  • Management of mail gateway configurations.
  • Adherence to ISO Policies and work practices in routine tasks.
  • Proactive monitoring of Server Logs/Resources to prevent outages.

Skills Required:

  • Strong grasp of core networking principles: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wireless, and Firewalls.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Group Policies.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, with a proactive attitude toward issue resolution and technology learning.
  • Team player with excellent customer service, comprehensive problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, along with attention to detail in communication (both oral and written).
