Job Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Write and produce high-quality, engaging, and original content for

various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

● Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and

support content development.

● SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase web traffic and improve

search engine rankings.

● Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and

error-free writing.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other

stakeholders to align content with overall marketing strategies.

● Content Management: Assist in managing and updating content on the company’s

website and other digital platforms.

● Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and use insights to

improve future content strategies.

● Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand voice and style in all written

communications.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English — both written and spoken — is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a digital
  • marketing or content creation role.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress,and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to develop unique content ideas.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

● Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies.

● Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
