Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and our development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into technical specifications for software solutions.Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Requirement Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and other methods to collect detailed software requirements.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Requirement Management: Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and prioritized in the project backlog.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Validation and Testing: Define acceptance criteria for requirements and work closely with QA teams to validate the delivered software against the original requirements.
• Change Management: Manage and track changes in project scope, and work with stakeholders to adjust timelines or deliverables as necessary.
• Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements in software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and user stories that can be understood by both business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or other modeling techniques is a plus.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud technologies, web applications, and mobile applications. Experience in user experience (UX) design or working with UI/UX teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
