Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our technology solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Elicitation:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements for projects and system enhancements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand the business needs and translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements.
Requirement Analysis:
Analyze and validate gathered requirements to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives. Prioritize and organize requirements based on their importance and potential impact.
Process Improvement:
Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement by analyzing current business processes and proposing optimized solutions.
Solution Design:
Work closely with solution architects and development teams to design solutions that meet the identified business requirements. Create functional specifications, use cases, and wireframes to articulate the proposed solutions.
Documentation:
Create detailed requirement documents, including user stories, business process flows, and data flow diagrams, to serve as a reference for development and testing.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing and Validation:
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on documented requirements. Review and validate test results to ensure the developed solutions meet the specified criteria.
Change Management:
Assist in change management activities by providing training materials, conducting user training sessions, and facilitating the adoption of new solutions.
Data Analysis:
Analyze business data to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business trends to contribute to the ongoing improvement of business analysis methodologies and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools.
Familiarity with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and other visual aids to convey requirements.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documenting and analyzing requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Preferred:
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related field.
Experience with data analysis and using business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
