Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our SaaS solutions in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned market.
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to potential clients.
Lead Generation and Management:
– Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
– Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-up and engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance:
– Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
– Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives.
– Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and customer needs.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in selling enterprise-level software solutions.
– Knowledge of SaaS applications.
– Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and methodologies.
