Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time inside sales professionals to join our team of high-performance marketing consultants! In this role you’ll be working directly with our senior sales team to follow up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and customers.

– Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

– Identify and qualify potential international clients through various channels (online research, networking, trade shows, etc.).

– Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Strategy and Execution:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

– Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.

– Negotiate terms and close deals.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

– Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international markets.

– Coordinate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.

– Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1 To3 years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade and export regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Multilingual skills (Fluent English)
