Job Description:

  • Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
  • Making clients understand about the project.
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow ups leads assigned.
  • Understanding customer requirements & encouraging them for site visits.
  • Follow up and schedule call backs to customers where necessary.
  • Sharing feedback with team and reporting head.
  • Should be able to work in Excel and Word
  • Out bound calling to find new customers as well as maintaining existing clients. 
  • Excellent communication in English, Gujarati, Hindi.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
