We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Department Head with strong communication skills, a technical background, and leadership capabilities to manage our IT team and interact directly with clients in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards. The role requires an in-depth understanding of cloud technologies (AWS), server management, network security, managed IT services, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the USA, ensuring clear and effective communication in English regarding technical updates, support, and IT projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IT team, including mentoring, providing guidance, and ensuring effective delivery of services and projects.
  • Cloud Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure, with a particular focus on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost- effectiveness.
