Responsibilities :
– Having Experience of Generating leads/ prospects via different channels (Cold Calls, Email Marketing, Social reach out via LinkedIn etc.) for the various tech products, services, and solutions offered by BlueBox Infosoft Pvt Ltd.
– Lead prospecting, qualifying and building a robust pipeline
– Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
– Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
– Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
– Build a solid inside sales/ lead generation team that exceeds sales goals
– Meet inside sales targets for meeting revenue goal
– Creating & maintaining the list/database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
– Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers
– Routing qualified opportunities to the respective Sales Manager for closures
– End-to-end closure of leads through the inside sales team
– Willing to work on odd hours to handle client as per their business time zone.
– Assist in closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
– Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
– Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Requirements :
– Ability to handle the entire inside sales process end to end right from sourcing the data, reaching out to contacts, evincing interest in our services and enabling prospects to talk/meet with our on-site sales team
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
– 4+ years of relevant experience
– Expertise in cold calling to the US market and setting appointments and able to close the deal and bring the business.
– Ability to do non-scripted conversations with prospects
– Ability to sell, nurture and follow-up consistently
– Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
– Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
– Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
– Willing to work in night shift based on business requirements
– Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
– Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM
– Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
