  • Bachelor s degree in digital marketing, or social media
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy. Relevant experience determining a target audience and buyer persona research
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills. Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences.
  • Oversees all company social media accounts management. Scheduling, promoting and responding on time as per the monthly calendar.
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
  • Audits and analyses social media performance with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Use web analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company s social media presence and performance.
  • Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Sending weekly, monthly reports to the management.
  • Work with copywriters and designers/creative team (considering size, orientation/layout of the post) to ensure content is informative, appealing and conveys the correct message.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee responses on all platforms.
  • identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices.
  • Should be able to generate content using Canva, Photoshop, video and photo editing apps.
  • Be able to measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Candidate to be self driven and independent.
