Job Description:
- Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- Making clients understand about the project.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow ups leads assigned.
- Understanding customer requirements & encouraging them for site visits.
- Follow up and schedule call backs to customers where necessary.
- Sharing feedback with team and reporting head.
- Should be able to work in Excel and Word
- Out bound calling to find new customers as well as maintaining existing clients.
- Excellent communication in English
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
